Hi, I’m Eleanor King, a Level 3 certified personal trainer with a passion for helping people unlock their potential through fitness.
At 43, I understand that fitness isn’t a one-size-fits-all journey. Life is full of challenges—work, family, health—and I’ve experienced them too. That’s why my approach is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your training to the next level, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
Why I Became a Personal Trainer
My fitness journey began when my best friends brother offered to get 3 of us back to exercising after having had children. Working with him for over a decade taught me not just the mechanics of exercise, but also how movement can make you feel empowered, energised, and confident. I realised I wanted to share that feeling with others and became qualified as a personal trainer to do just that. It literally changed my life and the feelings I got from training both with him, other personal trainers and partaking in group exercise and my own solo sessions is a feeling everyone should feel without judgement or fear.

My training philosophy focuses on building sustainable habits, improving functional strength, and creating a fitness plan that fits into your life—not the other way around.
